🔧 Maintenance Technician | $28–$33/hr + Benefits | Bellevue, WA (On-Site)

Ready to take pride in the properties you maintain—and be paid well for it? Our multi-family real estate (privately owned company) client is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep their apartment communities running at their best across the Bellevue area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshooting and completing maintenance requests across multiple communities (Everett–Tukwila)

• Working hands-on with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, painting, and more

• Turning units and performing preventative maintenance

• Logging work in AppFolio and coordinating with property managers

• Participating in a light on-call rotation (one weekend/month + limited evenings)

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience

• Strong technical skills and a take-pride-in-your-work mindset

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)

• Tech savvy- must be comfortable with mobile work order systems (AppFolio a plus)

• Professional, reliable, and resident-focused
