Position Summary

Draexlmaier Automotive is seeking a skilled and driven Production Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining production equipment, minimizing downtime, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency within our facility.

Key Responsibilities

  Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and systems to ensure optimal performance.

  Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions.

  Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency.

  Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, repairs, and parts usage.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment functionality and process performance.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with all safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

  Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications as needed.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with PLCs, robotics, and automated production equipment is highly desirable.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

  Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
