Maintenance Technician – CNC & Industrial Equipment (3rd Shift)

Location: Fort Wayne, IN (Onsite)
Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay: $26–$30/hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong electrical troubleshooting experience to support a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining CNC machines, lathes, and mechanical presses, along with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, warm forge presses, and industrial equipment
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues
• Maintain and repair AC/DC drives, servo motors, and PLC-controlled systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical blueprints
• Document maintenance activities and collaborate with engineering and production teams

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong experience with CNC machines and mechanical presses
• Proficiency with PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Siemens preferred), AC/DC drives, and servo motors
• Solid electrical troubleshooting skills (mechanical experience a plus)
• Ability to work 3rd shift and overtime as needed

• Industrial automation and controls experience
• Preventive and predictive maintenance background
• Strong communication and basic computer skills
