CNC Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire
1st shift: 7a - 4p
2nd shift: 3p - 11p
3rd shift: 10p - 7a (optional 5p - 5a shift)

Summary of Position

Perform a wide variety of duties to diagnose, repair and calibrate CNC machines and equipment to include all mechanical, electrical and electronic components and controls

Principal Responsibilities

• Perform work safely and in compliance with company policies.
• Install mechanical equipment.
• Install electrical equipment.
• Maintain mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechatronic systems.
• Operate machine shop tools and machines.
• Weld and fabricate parts.
• Maintain automation systems.
• Modify devices and systems.
• Maintain documents and records.

Education

 High School diploma or GED
 
Skills/experience

• Ability to read, interpret and follow blueprints, shop routings and specific engineering notes related to unique customer specifications.
• Have basic math and trigonometry skills.
• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical knowledge and repair abilities.
• Certifications in OSHA programs and practices preferred.

Physical Requirements/Working Condition

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; sit; use hand to handle, or feel objects, tool or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear and smell. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
