Maintenance Technician Decatur, GA

Job Description:

We are looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep and repair our properties. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation, be available to assist with on-call emergencies, computer literacy, excellent time management skills, and must hold an HVAC certification.

Key Responsibilities:

Routine Maintenance: Perform everyday maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

Emergency Response: Be available to assist with on-call emergency maintenance requests on a rotating basis.

Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.

HVAC Expertise: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (HVAC certification required).

Supply Management: Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.


• Availability to assist with on-call emergencies on a rotating schedule.


• HVAC certification. 


• CPO certifidied (preferable)


• Previous maintenance experience is a plus.


• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.


• Strong problem-solving skills.


• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Bilingual (Preferred)
