Maintenance Technician - Evening Shift - Full Time

Hueston Woods Lodge & Conference Center is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in College Corner, OH.  We are looking for someone who can work first shift, second shift or a mid shift.  Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• General knowledge of plumbing, electricity and carpentry


• Knowledge of power tools and lawn tools


• Inspecting and troubleshooting building systems


• Handle general room calls (TV's, lights, plumbing, heating/cooling, etc.)


• Test and maintain pools


• Maintain the grounds around the lodge and cabins


• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance


• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems


• Ability to work independently


• Good problem-solving skills
