As a Maintenance Technician, you are an important part of this mission by ensuring everything is running smoothly. You know there's no such thing as a "typical day". You could be performing scheduled routine tasks or responding to an emergency maintenance situation. After all, you are responsible for proper repair and maintenance of all buildings and equipment in our organization!
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of industrial background, be able to pass a background check, possess a valid driver's license (preferably with a "for hire" endorsement), and have the ability to work independently utilizing tools in general use in the building and maintenance trades. This is a very physical job, with heavy lifting, pushing and pulling (up to 100 pounds) along with climbing ladders.

JOB PERFORMANCE
Reviewed upon initial hire at 30, 60 and 90 days, and annually thereafter, by the VP of Operations & E-Commerce.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of three years industrial background required.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Must have valid chauffeur or CDL license.

Contact with suppliers, contractors, customers, donors, and co-workers.

The time spent traveling on agency business is considerable.

Heavy work: Pushing and pulling up to 100 pounds.
