What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician at our San Antonio Service Center, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the equipment and systems that power our wash operations. This includes:

  Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and mechanical/electrical issues

  
  


• 
  

  Performing preventive maintenance and safety inspections

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting building upkeep such as plumbing, painting, drywall repairs, and general cleaning

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborating with the maintenance team to diagnose recurring equipment problems

  
  


• 
  

  Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Tosca safety protocols

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrating strong knowledge of and adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures

  
  

What We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking a technician who brings strong mechanical and electrical acumen and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  3+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical)

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with OSHA safety requirements and LOTO

  
  


• 
  

  Electrical experience including schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic

  
  


• 
  

  Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and related systems

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is beneficial

  
  


• 
  

  Flexibility to work overtime and support operational needs

  
  

Work Schedule

We hire Maintenance Technicians across all San Antonio shifts:

• 
  

  1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

  
  


• 
  

  2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

  
  


• 
  

  3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
