We are currently seeking Maintenance Technician Generalists for 2nd and 3rd shifts to support our bacon and bacon toppings production facility. Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $24.55 – $35.10/hour (based on experience and education).
• Shift Differential:
  • $0.75 for 2nd shift.
  • $1.75 for 3rd shift.
• Overtime Potential: Yes.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment in a food processing environment.
• Understand and utilize technical and training manuals.
• Handle, distribute, and document the use of cleaning chemicals.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and adhere to all safety, GMP, and SQF requirements.
• Complete work assigned by the supervisor, including participating in rotation tasks if applicable.
• Demonstrate proficiency in:
  • Basic electrical systems and controls.
  • Fluid power.
  • Mechanical systems.
  • Welding and fabrication.
  • Manufacturing processes.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, and reach as needed.
• Must climb stairs and ladders regularly.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications:

• Required:

  • At least 1 year of maintenance work experience, documented in the application’s work history section.
  • OR graduation from an industrial maintenance training program.
  • Must have experience documented across all listed employers, if applicable.

• Preferred:

  • Previous mechanical experience, special training, or formal education.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow technical manuals.

• This location is not accepting rehires.
• Candidates who previously worked for the company will not be considered.

Shift Availability:

• 2nd Shift: Includes a $0.75 differential.
• 3rd Shift: Includes a $1.75 differential.
