Maintenance Technician HVAC

Description

Seeking an apartment Maintenance Technician for Courtyard Park Apartments. 

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Paint and pick up grounds
• Painting 
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

• At least 2 plus of onsite experience
• Possess valid Identification
• Full Time Position
• HVAC Preferred

• Traffic Control: Monitor and manage traffic flow within the property to ensure safety and order.
• Maintenance Tasks: Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, painting, and cleaning common areas.
