Shift/Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: Available, with occasional Saturdays

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician with HVAC specialization to join our team at a leading manufacturing facility in Pryor, Oklahoma. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of HVAC systems and supporting overall facility operations to meet production demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on industrial HVAC equipment including chillers, boilers, AHUs, exhaust systems, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving motors, control circuits (up to 480V 3-phase), and refrigeration components.
• Provide general maintenance support across the facility including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with company safety protocols, EPA refrigerant handling regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, complete work orders, and manage HVAC parts inventory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician with strong emphasis on HVAC systems in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in diagnosing HVAC issues, reading schematics, and using diagnostic tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, bending, and working in varied conditions.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
