Schedule Availability: Friday-Mondays with a schedule varying from the hours of 8:00 AM - 8 PM

Responsibilities Include:

  • Establish clear communication with engineering leadership.
  • Assist maintenance staff on special projects.
  • Maintain detailed records in English for logs and inspection sheets.
  • Perform painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, and ceiling repairs.
  • Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by your leader.

What are we looking for:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Valid Driver's license
  • 6 months to a year previous experience preferred.
  • Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
