Maintenance Technician I | Sol38 by Liv

Are you a handy person who loves to keep everything in tip-top shape? If so, we have the perfect job for you! Liv Communities is currently on the lookout for a Maintenance Tech I to join the team at Sol38 by Liv. As a Maintenance Tech I, you will be responsible for making sure that our property always looks its best on the outside. From apartment turns to landscaping, you'll the right hand supporting the maintenance team. So, put on your tool belt and get ready to join our team!

Community Appearance & Upkeep

• Clean building exteriors, entries, hallways, and stairwells


• Maintain parking areas (debris removal, weed control, painting lines when needed)


• Perform daily inspections of grounds, amenities, and common areas


• Ensure pool areas are clean and well maintained


• Landscaping

General Maintenance Support

• Assist with preventative and seasonal maintenance (including irrigation systems and amenities)


• Help with snow removal and weather-related tasks (seasonal, where applicable)


• Complete service requests and support the maintenance team as needed

Team & Resident Experience

• Maintain a friendly, professional presence with residents and team members


• Communicate concerns, work delays, or safety issues to leadership


• Support team efforts and contribute to a collaborative work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, attractive spaces


• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Commitment to safety, quality, and resident experience


• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and occasional after-hours events

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs


• Frequent walking (up to several miles daily) across uneven surfaces


• Ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
