We are looking for a Maintenance Technician I in our Maintenance Department. This opening is at our beautiful Viviani building, which is a premiere apartment community in Las Vegas, with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents.

Position Requirements: 

• 
  

  One year with professional apartment management firm or equivalent experience.

  
  


• Maintain the overall appearance of the community 
  
  


• 
  

  Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities 

  
  


• 
  

  Policing the grounds and parking areas 

  
  


• 
  

  Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting 

  
  


• 
  

  Assist maintenance staff upon request 

  
  


• 
  

  Pre-employment background check and drug testing required. 

  
  


• 
  

  Working weekends will be mandatory.
