About the role
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for the maintenance / repair of electrical / mechanical equipment and various elements of the building systems and infrastructure as directed by the Sr. Facilities Manager.
- Ability to analyze, diagnose, evaluate and recommend / perform repairs to building components & equipment
- Provide a safe and secure working environment for our teammates
- Prevent / Minimize any facilities related disruptions / inconveniences to the operation of the business units / building infrastructure
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance to equipment, systems and building components

What we’re looking for
- Minimum high school graduate or general education degree (GED), trade school graduate preferred plus three to five years “hands on” experience in a commercial facility / physical plant operations.
- Certification or Associates Degree from an accredited college or university in the Facilities, Engineering, Architectural disciplines a plus.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret construction documents, technical procedures, or building code regulations.
- Ability to create and implement basic time / action plans.

The base salary range for this position is typically $57,000 to $62,000 with additional bonus and benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
