We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Valley Stream Apartments in Maumee, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents and on-site maintenance calls.

• Pay $21.00 - 23.00/hr. 
• PLUS up to $750 quarterly bonuses
• Up to $200 a week additional pay when on-call if you get called out or not!

What We Need from you:

• Valid Driver's License
• On-Call Rotation ($200.00 bonus)
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Basic Electrical, Drywall, Plumbing and Hand Tool knowledge
