SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and system monitoring across the creamery. This includes troubleshooting and repairing electrical panels, electronic components, and control systems, as well as overseeing utility systems. This is a developmental role designed to build technical skills and knowledge in preparation for advancement to a Maintenance Technician III position. This is a 2nd shift position-hours are 3pm-3am.

This position is not responsible for leading team members but will be a resource for Maintenance Technician I’s.

WORK LOCATION:
This is an onsite position located at our Crescent City Creamery located in Crescent City, CA.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Occasional travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimate 10%).
Off-shift work may be required as needs arise.

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The Team Member is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; working in coolers at temperatures of 40-45 degrees; extreme heat in areas such as the boiler room; risk of electrical shock; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.

The pay range for this role is $31.00 to $38.75 per hour.
