We are looking for a Maintenance Technician. This position is for our San Croix building, which is a premiere apartment community in Las Vegas, with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents.
Position Requirements:
One year with professional apartment management firm or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of grounds/common areas
Appliance repairs, service requests and apartment preparation
Able to attend on-call after hour emergencies at least 3 days out of the week.
Attend all Ovation Property Management maintenance training
Working weekends will be required/ must have reliable transportation
Drug Testing required and background check is mandatory
Dependable, punctual, proactive and must work well with others
Enthusiastic and with positive attitude
Required Certifications:
Universal HVAC EPA certification
CPO (swimming pool) certified within 90 days of employment. Company will pay for testing if you are not currently certified.
Driver's License (Preferred)
HVAC Certification (Preferred)

8-hour shift
Weekends as needed

Our generous PTO package consists of 13 days of paid time off, which is pro-rated in each pay period and increases with tenure (available after 90 days of employment), ten holidays, and one half day annually.
