Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
Full-Time | On-Call Rotation Required

We are currently seeking Maintenance Technician II with HVAC certification and EPA Level II or Universal Refrigerant Certification. If you're reliable, hands-on, and passionate about property maintenance, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on apartment units and common areas
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems efficiently
• Complete work orders promptly and professionally
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance needs
• Ensure property grounds and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained

Requirements

• HVAC Certification (Required)
• EPA Level II or Universal Refrigerant Certification (Required)
• Prior apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
