Position: EVSE Maintenance Technician

Location: On-site in Northern NJ, Los Angeles CA, Chicago IL (5 days/week) Schedule: Monday – Friday (9 AM – 6 PM) Growth Opportunity: This role is ideal for candidates with low-voltage or electrical systems experience who are eager to transition into the rapidly growing EV charging industry. Key Responsibilities

• Install, wire, and commission EV chargers and associated equipment.

• Perform low-voltage electrical work, including conduit installation, wiring, and panel connections.

• Troubleshoot and repair EV chargers, networking components, and power distribution systems.

• Work with LAN/Wi-Fi networks and configure network-connected devices.

• Occasionally travel to customer sites for installation or troubleshooting (rare cases).

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.

• Collaborate with engineers on product validation and testing.

• Maintain proper documentation for installations, troubleshooting, and network configurations.

Who Should Apply?

• Experience with low-voltage electrical work (wiring, conduit installation, panel work).

• Comfortable working with 208V/240V single-phase and 480V 3-phase electrical systems.

• Background in network setup and troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi) and configuring network equipment.

• Interest in EV charging technology and renewable energy.

• Knowledge of PLCs, microcontrollers, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or ARM-based devices is a plus.

• Ability to work early morning/late afternoon for special cases.

• Willing to travel occasionally for site visits.
