Maintenance Technician - Level 3

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Techs to fill our onsite teams and continue to provide our residents with top notch service.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Create excellence in customer service through ticket resolution.
• Execute duties in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Produce move-in ready apartments through renovations and repairs.
• General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds.
• Assist in snow removal as necessary.
• Work on a rotating on call schedule.
• Perform other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Maintenance Experience or trade school education
• HVAC certification is required
• Advanced knowledge and skills in electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Driver’s License and valid car insurance
• Personal, reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Proficient computer skills; comfortable with apps and software
• Possess basic hand tools or can acquire them
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning
• Positive Can-Do Attitude
• Excellent Attendance

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 8AM – 5PM
• May need to work overtime
• On-call rotation required
