Maintenance Technician Manufacturing

Experience: 5+ Years
Education: High School Diploma / GED
Work Environment: Manufacturing / Industrial Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production machinery and equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct preventive maintenance on mixers, extruders, continuous ovens, conveyors, and finishing machines.

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshoot 480V 3-phase electrical systems, 24V DC circuits, motors, VFDs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

  
  


• 
  

  Repair and replace mechanical components, including bearings, seals, shafts, and motors.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform MIG/Stick welding and acetylene cutting.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain maintenance records and support equipment/process improvements.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

  
  

Must-Have Requirements:

• 
  

  Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with 480V 3-phase, 24V DC, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

  
  


• 
  

  Basic PLC automation and troubleshooting knowledge (Allen-Bradley).

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with preventive maintenance of industrial production equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.

  
  


• 
  

  MIG/Stick welding and acetylene cutting experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Forklift experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Must have own hand tools.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
