As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper upkeep of our properties. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and appliances in apartments
Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner
Assist with unit turnovers and make-ready processes to ensure apartments are move-in ready
Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shop and storage areas
Respond to maintenance requests from residents and management in a prompt and professional manner

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as an apartments tech
