Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to manage a wide range of upkeep and repair tasks across multiple locations. Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance and repair tasks across various locations.


• Perform indoor and outdoor painting as needed.


• Address minor electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs.


• Handle waste and recycling disposal; ensure clean and organized workspaces.


• Identify and troubleshoot equipment or facility issues.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between multiple work locations.
