We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician / Painter with resurfacing experience to join our multifamily team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and understands the importance of maintaining apartment homes to company standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform apartment turns, including interior painting, drywall repair, patching, and touch-ups
• Complete resurfacing work (tubs, countertops, sinks, cabinets, etc.)
• Complete general maintenance repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC basics, etc.)
• Prepare vacant units for move-in efficiently and on schedule
• Respond to maintenance work orders and resident service requests
• Assist with preventative maintenance and overall property upkeep
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and work areas
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and company expectations

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in multifamily maintenance preferred
• Strong painting and resurfacing skills required
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• EPA/HVAC certification a plus (not required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
