Job Description - Maintenance Technician / Painter

Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician / Painter
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician / Painter with resurfacing experience to join our multifamily team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and understands the importance of maintaining apartment homes to company standards.
What You’ll Do:

Perform apartment turns, including interior painting, drywall repair, patching, and touch-ups
Complete resurfacing work (tubs, countertops, sinks, cabinets, etc.)
Complete general maintenance repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC basics, etc.)
Prepare vacant units for move-in efficiently and on schedule
Respond to maintenance work orders and resident service requests
Assist with preventative maintenance and overall property upkeep
Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and work areas
Ensure all work meets safety standards and company expectations

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in multifamily maintenance preferred
Strong painting and resurfacing skills required
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
EPA/HVAC certification a plus (not required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
