Maintenance Technician - Pavillions at Pantano

Description

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks in apartment units and common areas.
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Complete work orders promptly and efficiently, documenting completed tasks.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and systems function properly.
• Assist with unit turnover, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of pools, common areas, and grounds.
• Communicate with residents to address maintenance requests and provide updates.
• Coordinate with property management to prioritize and schedule tasks.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.

• 2+ years of maintenance/make-ready experience in multifamily housing.
• A valid driver’s license (required).
• HVAC Certification (preferred).
• A strong passion for repairs and problem-solving.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A detail-oriented mindset with strong time management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with residents, onsite staff, and management.
