Seeking a motivated, self-starting individual to join our team of maintenance professionals at our beautiful 500 Unit apartment community in Quincy, Ma



The Maintenance Technician works with property management to complete maintenance tasks/work orders in a timely manner and consistent with company standards. Highly prefer person with a Plumbing License or Apprentise card. Compensation range based on experience and licenses. Get the hours you need for your license under our corporate license at a single location with an excellent base pay with additional pay potential.



Must be available to rotate on night/weekend on call duty.



The primary job responsibilities include:

a) plumbing repairs
b) appliance repair and installation
c) electrical repairs
d) HVAC repairs and filter change
