Zing Recruiting is partnered with a Well known Food Manufacturer in seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join the first shift team in maintaining and coordinating preventative maintenance and troubleshooting work to reduce downtime and ensure production meets quality and sanitation requirements. Maintenance Technician Job Summary

• Troubleshoot and complete repairs on manufacturing equipment throughout production floor including conveyor belts, packaging, grinders, blenders, etc.
• Plan and schedule maintenance efforts to meet production needs.
• Identify repairs needed and order repair parts as needed.
• Budget Compliance for the maintenance department.
• Maintain work environment to prevent risk of contamination due to defective equipment.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in manufacturing a MUST- Foods or Chemical industry experience a plus.
• 3 years Experience with Three Phase systems- Wye, Delta, etc.
• Mechanical and Electrical maintenance experience- hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC, and Shop Safety.
• Knowledge of low voltage (up to 440V), high Voltage (600V+), and Boiler systems.
