Maintenance Technician - Roswell, GA

We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician for a multifamily community in Roswell, GA.

This role is responsible for completing service requests, assisting with apartment turns, and helping maintain the overall condition of the community.

Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests efficiently and professionally


• Assist with apartment turns and preventative maintenance


• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs


• Maintain community grounds and curb appeal


• Provide excellent customer service to residents


• Participate in on-call rotation


• Support maintenance supervisor with daily operations

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required 


• EPA certification required 


• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances


• Strong work ethic and reliability


• Customer service mindset


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
