Position: Senior Maintenance Technician
Shift: 3rd Shift (Sunday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Compensation: $33–$38 per hour

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to lead and execute complex maintenance and repair tasks in a fast-paced industrial or facility setting. This advanced-level role demands in-depth expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with a strong ability to mentor junior technicians and manage high-impact maintenance initiatives.

The Senior Maintenance Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving critical equipment failures, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and ensuring full compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, minimizing downtime, and continuously improving facility systems and processes.

Requirements:
• Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proven experience in complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Proficiency in CMMS systems and maintenance documentation
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently during off-hours with minimal supervision
