Maintenance Technician (Small Engine & Facilities)

📍 Charleston (Johns Island), SC | 💵 $20–25/hr (depending on experience) | Full-Time

We’re looking for a hands-on problem-solver to keep our vehicles, equipment, and facilities in top shape. If you enjoy fixing things, working outdoors, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Repair and maintain small engines, tools, and landscaping equipment


• Perform basic maintenance on trucks, golf carts, and irrigation systems


• Handle general facility upkeep (plumbing, fixtures, minor repairs)


• Assist with groundskeeping and weather prep as needed


• Keep service logs and maintain safe, organized workspaces

What We’re Looking For:
