Maintenance Technician - Starting at $28/hr

Wage: Maintenance Introductory positions starting at $28.02/hr.

Schedule: Candidates must be open to working any shift with mandatory overtime (12 hour shifts, weekends, holidays, etc).

Duties:

1. Follow all safety programs: lock/out tag/out programs, hot work permits, etc…
2. Maintain equipment to optimum operating condition by following the proper maintenance schedule, completing PMs, and assisting operators with mechanical problems when called.
3. Daily duties: equipment start up; make sure compressors, glue pots, and printers are running properly.
4. Complete work orders as assigned.
5. Keep maintenance shop and part storage organized and clean.
6. Control replacement parts inventory. Let supervisor know in writing what’s needed.

Education: High school diploma or GED

Mechanical and electrical abilities. Knowledge of manufacturing equipment. Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
