What You'll Do

As our Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining our communities by:

• Performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance repairs
• Completing apartment turns and make-ready work
• Troubleshooting mechanical systems and maintenance issues
• Handling carpentry, drywall, painting, and glass replacement as needed
• Completing daily work orders efficiently and professionally
• Participating in preventative maintenance programs
• Following all company safety policies and procedures
• Providing excellent customer service to residents and team members
• Assisting with additional maintenance projects as assigned

• Must have your own maintenance tools (required)
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
• Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Safely use maintenance equipment, tools, and protective gear
