The Job: Our Maintenance Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment. Maintenance Technicians may work with any of the following:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Drywall
- Painting
- Appliances
- Exterior structures
- Swimming pools
- General Maintenance
- Customer Service
The Details: Our Service Technicians should have:
- Basic tools for maintenance work.
- Industry experience
- Team player
- On call
- HVAC certified preferred.
- EPA Universal - preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Weekend availability
- 2+ years of maintenance experience.
- Must be able to perform general/routine inspections and identify possible issues.
- Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to apply efficient and effective solutions (ex: do the hard work now so you don't have to later)
- Must be able to work on a team and collaborate with others.
- Candidate will need to be able to assist Sister property in St. Louis on a rotating on-call schedule.
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:30 am - 6:00 pm.
