Maintenance Technician (Waikiki - Oahu) EB

We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician position to repair and maintain residential and commercial building in a retail center in Waikiki (Honolulu, HI 96816). Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, previous hands-on maintenance experience, light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting experience is required. Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs (painting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, and grounds maintenance)


• Excellent customer service skills to interact with property managers, vendors, customers, etc.


• Able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 30lbs up to 50lbs. Walk, stand for a period of time and bend throughout the shift.


• Ensure mechanical equipment and systems are working in order and fixed as necessary.


• Create and maintain work orders


• Create and maintain purchase orders


• Perform any additional maintenance related duties as required by property management.

Schedule: 

**Must have open availability, subjective to emergencies: after hours, weekends and holidays**

  Monday to Friday: 7:00AM - 3:30 PM

  
  


• Days off: Saturday and Sunday

Compensation: $28/per hour
