Maintenance Technician-FT

Description

St Patrick Catholic School & Church is seeking a full-time maintenance technician. This person will be in charge of performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on equipment. They will be responsible for keeping a facility operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen. Their duties include routine yard Maintenace, sidewalk snow removal, routine HVAC & plumbing, cleaning of floors as well as scheduling major repairs for the facility.  They will be required to perform a wide range of tasks such as painting, cleaning and repairing around the facility to ready the building and grounds for each upcoming school year.
