Are you passionate about renewable energy and have a knack for hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting? We're looking for experienced Wind Technicians to be part of our growing team dedicated to maintaining the next generation of wind turbines.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in wind turbine maintenance, with hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of wind turbine systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic).
• Certifications: Preferred – OSHA 10/30, First Aid, GWO (Global Wind Organisation) certifications.
• Safety First: Strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to safety protocols.
• Physical Ability: Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions, with a strong focus on personal safety.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel to various site locations as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on wind turbines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Conduct inspections and assessments to detect potential faults or safety risks.
• Work on both onshore and offshore wind turbine sites (depending on location).
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, issues, and solutions.
• Work with a dynamic, safety-focused team committed to environmental sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Wind Turbine experience
• GWO BST, BTT, and ART certifications a plus!
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Solid foundation in superior safety and quality procedures
• Willing to travel, 100%
• Knowledge and skills using hand and power tools

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to climb wind turbines and work at heights up to 300 feet
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfort working in confined spaces and varying weather conditions
