Maintenance Worker

YCS is currently seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform quality maintenance work in residential facilities, offices and external infrastructure of the buildings.

Not to be limited to; installing, troubleshooting, repair and maintaining facility equipment according to local and fire and safety facility requirements.

Perform minor plumbing, painting, carpentry/masonry work replacing windows, ordering parts supplies and securing township permits as needed.

Hang doors/doorframes, window equipment from suppliers and provide estimates and repair cost. This position also includes incidental seasonal tasks such as: minor shoveling, raking leaves, etc. 

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license


• High School Diploma/Equivalent (GED)


• 1-5 years of maintenance/building work experience
