Pay: $22.00/hour based on experience

ROP-benefits-and-perks-2What you will do: The Maintenance Worker is responsible for supporting the day-to-day upkeep and repair of residential units and facility spaces. This hands-on role includes completing work orders, performing general building maintenance, and assisting with lighting, basic electrical, and HVAC-related repairs. While HVAC licensure is not required, practical experience in troubleshooting and routine maintenance is strongly preferred.

To be considered you should: Have a High School Diploma or equivalent ~ Have experience in HVAC, electrical, and lighting ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
