Maintenance Worker

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Maintenance Helper to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our facility. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of duties such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have prior work experience and solid technical knowledge, as well as being dependable and self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Perform minor repairs on equipment, fixtures, and systems


• Install necessary equipment and appliances as needed


• Maintain grounds


• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to reduce risk of future issues


• Respond to maintenance issues promptly


• Perform necessary cleaning activities


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Prior experience as a Maintenance worker


• Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
