Maintenance/Backup Delivery Driver

We are now accepting applications for a Full-time Maintenance Worker/Back-Up Delivery Driver at our Support Facility in Valle Crucis, NC. 

Some of the responsibilities of a Maintenance Worker would be -

• Ensures that all Mast General Store facilities are in good working condition.
• Performs general repairs related to maintenance work.
• Producing store fixtures, painting/staining, and installation.
• Travels to out-of-town locations. Extended out-of-town stays may be required at times. 

Essential Duties of a Delivery Driver- 

• Serve as a primary Back-Up Delivery Driver when needed to deliver merchandise, fixtures, and mail from the Support Facility Warehouse to store locations and pick up mail, merchandise, fixtures, and recycling as instructed by stores for transport to the Support Facility. 
• Responsible for accurately conducting and recording daily vehicle inspections, as well as any other documentation that may be required to maintain compliance with state, federal, and company regulations. 
• Performs routine preventative and minor maintenance on the truck. 

Must have and maintain a clean driving record and maintain a valid D.O.T medical card.
