Maintenance/Groundskeeper (PT, Year-Round)

Texas Palms RV Park is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Part-Time Maintenance & Groundskeeper to help keep our RV community clean, safe, and welcoming. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and have basic maintenance skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Maintain park grounds, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weed control.
• Pick up litter and keep common areas clean and presentable.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on park facilities.
• Assist with RV site preparation and cleanup.
• Monitor park equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Help with seasonal projects and special maintenance tasks.
• Provide friendly, courteous assistance to residents and guests when needed.

• Must pass background check
• Must have valid driver license
• Basic knowledge of landscaping and general maintenance
• Ability to safely operate lawn equipment and hand tools
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
