 NOW HIRING — MAINTENANCE TECH I

We are looking for a Maintenance Tech I to join our Engineering/Maintenance team.

Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone who wants to learn a trade, build their skills, and grow.

What we’re looking for:

• Takes      initiative — sees what needs to be done and gets it done
• Not      afraid to work or get their hands dirty
• Dependable      and shows up ready to work
• Willing      and eager to learn
• Mechanically      inclined
• Able      to use basic hand and power tools
• Works      well with others
• Takes      pride in their work
• Positive      attitude and professional around guests
• Interested      in learning HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance

You do not need to know everything coming in. What matters most is your work ethic, initiative, dependability, and willingness to learn.

For the right person, there is an opportunity to develop your skills and advance to Tech II and Tech III.
