Maintenance/Janitorial

Description

TurnKey Corrections is looking to fill a Part-time/Full-time Maintenance/Janitorial Position.  This position is responsible for general cleaning and maintenance of our building, including; floors, bathrooms, windows, lights, mowing and any other duties as assigned.  

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed
• Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot
• Handle emergency cleaning and requests
•  Ensure bathrooms are maintained and fully stocked
• Complete non routine cleaning as directed
• Responsible for trash and recycling removal

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• Willingness to work days or late afternoons into the evening
• Ability to work well under minimum supervision
• Capacity to take direction
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary
