Maître d' - The Club Bar

We are seeking a Full-Time Maître d' for The Club Bar who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized luxury hospitality by anticipating guest needs, recognizing guests and VIPs, building lasting relationships, and resolving guest concerns.


• Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, VIP arrivals, and walk-in guests to ensure sealmess service, efficient table management, and an exclusive, welcoming Club Bar experience.


• Uphold the Peninsula's service standards through impeccable presentation, professional etiquette, discretion, and attention to detail, while mainiting the Club Bar's refined atmosphere and addressing service or ambiance concerns promptly.


• Collaborate with the Bar Manager, service team, and hotel departments to coordinate guest preferences and service priorities, support colleagues in delivering luxury hospitality, maintain accurate guest records, and contribute to operational efficiency and revenue objectives without compromising service quality.

General Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, lounges, or comparable hospitality environments required


• Experience in a Maître d', host, guest relations, or reservations role preferred


• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards, formal service etiquette, and personalized guest engagement


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with discerning clientele


• Demonstrated ability to build guest relationships, manage competing priorities, and resolve concerns with discretion


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Familiarity with reservation and seating management systems preferred


• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
