Advanced Asset Management has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Make Ready for our property, Fort Worth, Texas.

The successful candidate will:

• Minimum 6 months previous apartment or commercial janitorial experience preferred


• Excellent customer service and time management skills required


• Organized with high level of attention to detail


• Have a customer-focused attitude and be a collaborative team player.


• Weekends may be required
