Make Ready/ Porter

Description

Seeking a Maintenance Make Ready/ Porter for Columbia Square Apartments.  

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Paint and pick up grounds
• Painting 
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of sheetrock repairs and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

• At least 2 plus of onsite experience
• Possess valid Identification
• Full Time Position

Requirements

• Maintenance Skills: Proficiency in basic repairs, such as plumbing and carpentry 
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring apartments are thoroughly cleaned and all repairs are completed 
• Organizational Skills: Efficiently managing multiple tasks to prepare units quickly 
• Customer Service Skills: Providing excellent service to tenants and maintaining community appearance
