Make Ready Technician

Description

 We are currently in search of skilled Make Ready Technicians to add to our team. As a Collision Make Ready Tech, you will be responsible for restoring repaired vehicles to their pre-accident condition. 

Responsibilities:

• sanding and buffing defects out of freshly painted vehicles
• washing and cleaning interior of repaired vehicles
• effectively communicating with management any unrepairable defects or warning lights
• remove overspray and install decals and moldings
• ensuring all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

Requirements:

• high school diploma or equivalent
• experience in make ready for collision center
• knowledge of make ready techniques and tools
• ability to read and understand estimates
• physical ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather condition
