Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare apartment units for new residents (make-ready process)
• Interior painting and touch-up work
• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Perform exterior building maintenance tasks
• Handle groundskeeping duties
• Manage routine service tickets (work orders)
• Participate in on-call rotation schedule
